The E-Factor

There are three reasons why some people are more enthusiastic than other people. First, learned behavior during childhood is really an important reason to be enthusiastic person, which the child can get this habit from family. Also, teachers in the school can encourage her students by enhancing their progress and using good words to motivate them like: excellent or clever. Good friends could help to think positively and be happy all the time. Second, genetics may play a big role in enthusiasm. Many researches proved the genetics role for example, Auke Tellegen, Ph.D., a professor of psychology at the University of Minnesota in Minneapoli says, “Some people seem to be born with a lot of juice”. Other wise, person with heightened levels of a brain chemical dopamine as research suggests that person will be positive emotionality. In addition, enthusiasm may also be an inherited trait as some studies suggest. Finally, being contented and accepting life can cause the enthusiasm, especially this point that makes me an enthusiastic person. Having faith in god and believing that he has the power to help me and trust that he knows what is best for me, that makes me feel satisfied. Also, what helps me being contented is when I compare my life with those who are less fortunate. I focus on the positive side by having a confident attitude that can help me to focus on my strengths and possibly walking away from a bad situation. In conclusion, enthusiastic attitude can make everyone more happy and successful in life.
